I was getting ready to share an Instagram story on all the reasons I loved lavender. I have it diffusing tonight, and I feel calm and relaxed as we go about our nightly routine. I ended up in a rabbit hole on PubMed reading the published studies on the many therapeutic uses of this ancient medicinal herb. It was just too cool, and I needed to talk about it in a more permanent place! So here we are. Tossing together this blog post, so that I can revisit it as needed and send people here when there are questions about it.
